As part of BlogPaws.com's "Be The Change for Pets", I took part in "Adopt A Less Adoptable Pet Week." I chose Boomer, a 5 year old male long-hair black tabby who was wearing out his welcome at the Los Angeles East Valley Animal Shelter.
In an effort to get him a little more notoriety, I drew a digital portrait of him made it my cat, @cokiethecat's, Twitter profile for a week and posted this image on Cokie's blog, on the Anipal Photo Hunt, on Facebook, etc.
Please help us find a forever home for Boomer the Cat!
